What is Trader’s Hub?

When you log in to Deriv, you’ll arrive at the Trader’s Hub, a page that houses all the trading accounts and apps available in your region. You can add accounts, check your balance, and launch online trading platforms directly from the Trader’s Hub.

How do I add a Deriv MT5 trading account on Trader’s Hub?

Follow these steps to add a Deriv MT5 account and start trading CFDs:

  1. Log in to Deriv.
  2. Under CFDs, hit Get next to the MT5 account you want.
  3. Choose the jurisdiction and hit Next.
  4. Create a Deriv MT5 password. Note: This password lets you log in to all your Deriv MT5 accounts.
  5. Your new Deriv MT5 trading account is ready. For demo accounts, you can start trading with virtual funds. For real accounts, hit Transfer now to add funds to this account before you start trading.

How do I add a Deriv X trading account on Trader’s Hub?

Follow these steps to add a Deriv X account and start trading CFDs:

  1. Log in to Deriv.
  2. Under Other CFD Platforms, hit Get next to Deriv X.
  3. Create a Deriv X password.
  4. Your new Deriv X trading account is ready. For demo accounts, you can start trading CFDs with virtual funds. For real accounts, hit Transfer now to transfer funds into this account before you start trading.

How do I reset my demo trading account balance on Trader’s Hub?

  1. Log in to Deriv.
  2. Select your demo account.
  3. Hit Reset balance.
  4. Your demo account balance will be instantly reset to 10,000 USD.

Where can I find my account balance on Trader’s Hub?

Your Options & Multipliers account balance is on the top right, below Total assets, while the balances of your CFD accounts are shown next to each account. This applies to demo and real CFDs and options trading accounts.

Where can I find my account settings on Trader’s Hub?

Hit the account settings icon on the top-right corner of the screen.

This will bring up the account settings page.

Where can I find my account ID on Trader’s Hub?

To get your Options & Multipliers account ID, hit the arrow next to your trading account balance under Options & Multipliers.

A pop-up will appear, showing your account ID below the currency.

Your CFD trading account ID is below the account name and balance under CFDs.

Where can I find my MT5 account credentials on Trader’s Hub?

Hit Open next to your MT5 account.

A pop-up will appear showing your account credentials.

Where can I find my Deriv X account credentials on Trader’s Hub?

Hit Open next to your Deriv X account.

A pop-up will appear showing your account credentials.

How do I add a real Options & Multipliers account on Trader’s Hub?

Follow these steps to add a real Options & Multipliers account:

  1. Select Real from the dropdown menu.
  2. Hit Get next to Deriv account.
  3. Follow the instructions to choose your currency, complete your personal details and address, and accept the terms.
  4. Your real Options & Multipliers account is ready. Make a deposit to begin trading.

Can I remove Trader's Hub and go back to the classic view?

No, you can’t.

Can I transfer funds between my EU and non-EU trading accounts?

No, you can’t transfer funds between EU and non-EU trading accounts.
